Direct-ACTION

Let me do the hard work for you

I can handle the whole process for you - from the initial brief for a role to preparing for the final interview. Ideal if you are short on time and want someone to do all the hard work for you.

How the Direct-ACTION process works:

Step 1:

We’ll jump on a call to discuss your requirements, challenges and goals. I’ll then start to build your job description and identify the most effective places to advertise the role to attract the right candidates.

Step 2:

Together, we'll establish the top three criteria that matter most for your school, and we'll use these as our guiding principles throughout the entire recruitment process.

Step 3:

I carefully screen and assess candidates, creating a longlist of top contenders. These top contenders will be presented to you in a tailored CV specifying exactly how they meet your requirements. This means you only see candidates who meet the specifications so you can focus on reviewing the cream of the crop instead of wasting time on unsuitable applicants.

Step 4:

I’ll prepare the shortlisted candidates for interview - getting to know them on a personal level, understanding their unique qualities and strengths, so they can confidently present their best selves during the interview.

Step 5:

I'll handle all the logistics and communication with candidates, acting as a supportive bridge between you and them. So you can sit back and relax whilst I take care of the administrative details.

Step 6:

When it comes to salary and compensation discussions, I've got your back. My goal is to make the process as stress-free as possible for both you and the candidates. I’ll provide guidance and support, making sure everyone is on the same page and helping candidates navigate any counter offers gracefully.
